Esta desregula\u00e7\u00e3o compromete o hor\u00e1rio natural de sono e vig\u00edlia, originando ins\u00f3nia, sonol\u00eancia diurna excessiva, dificuldade de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto negativo na qualidade de vida.<\/p><p data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1501\">Embora muitas vezes confundidas com ins\u00f3nia prim\u00e1ria, as perturba\u00e7\u00f5es do ritmo circadiano representam cerca de <strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1261\">3% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o adulta<\/strong> e s\u00e3o diagnosticadas em aproximadamente <strong data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1321\">10% dos adultos<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1348\">16% dos adolescentes<\/strong> que recorrem a centros especializados em dist\u00farbios do sono. O reconhecimento correcto destas condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 essencial para orientar o tratamento adequado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92fb5f8
