For a proper clinical assessment during the weight loss consultation, it is mandatory that the patient carries a scale in good working order, so that their body weight can be checked in real time. The absence of this equipment could jeopardise the medical analysis and limit the issuing of the necessary treatment document, and is not considered a valid reason for reimbursement.

  • If you are already undergoing treatment abroad, you must enclose the original prescriptions. for validation by our doctor.

  • For safety and efficacy reasons, you should not change the recommended dosage for each device, nor use click counting techniques.
