 29€

Digital

Online medical consultation with the possibility of issuing a certificate and processing the documentation digitally, when clinically indicated by the doctor.

How it works:

1

Booking an appointment

Choose the day and time that best suits you and make the payment. The consultation will be carried out by videoaccording to your doctor's instructions.

2

Online Medical Analysis

During the consultation, the doctor will assess your health condition. On the basis of this careful assessment, the doctor will issue a medical certificate or sick leave/CIT, if deemed necessary.

3

Sending the certificate

After the consultation, your medical certificate or sick note/CIT is sent to your e-mail address.

Who is it for?

  • On-site or remote professionals who need a certificate quickly and without having to travel to a doctor's office.
  • Students who need to justify absences for health reasons to the school or university. (They are only issued after prior confirmation that the faculty will accept digital signature.)
  • People with reduced mobility or travel difficulties. For those who want to go for a face-to-face consultation, it can be complicated or time-consuming.
  • Those looking for convenience and agility. This will avoid queues and simplify the process of obtaining medical certificates.

Yes, but with limitations. The retroactivity allowed for issuing certificates or CITs is only 1 working day prior to the date of the request.

Medical certificates are accepted by colleges as long as the student confirms in advance with the institution that it accepts documents with a digital signature. It is essential to obtain this confirmation before requesting the certificate, to ensure that the document is recognised by the college.

It depends on the medical assessment. In simpler cases, additional documentation may not be necessary. However, in specific situations, the doctor may request the presentation of tests or medical reports previously carried out.

The deadline for issuing the certificate may vary depending on the doctor's availability, but in most cases the certificate is sent on the same day as the consultation, after the appropriate assessment.

If the doctor, after an assessment, concludes that there are no clinical grounds for issuing the certificate, the service will be terminated without issuing the document. The user will have the opportunity to clarify any doubts during the consultation.

Yes, all CITs are communicated by our doctors to social security and a copy will be sent to your email address.

This service is mainly intended for simple and temporary health conditions. In the case of serious conditions or those that require a face-to-face assessment, the doctor may recommend that the user use a face-to-face health service.
