How it works:
1
Booking an appointment
Choose the day and time that best suits you and make the payment. The appointment can be made by telephone or videoaccording to your doctor's instructions.
Important note: You should be by the sick family member's side during the consultation.
2
Online Medical Analysis
During the consultation, the doctor will assess the medical situation of the patient's family member. On the basis of this careful assessment, the doctor will issue a medical certificate or sick leave/CIT, if deemed necessary.
3

After the consultation, the medical certificate or declaration of temporary incapacity (CIT), when issued, is sent to the user's e-mail address.
